Use a plus sign (+) to require a keyword

When you use several keywords in your search, NZSearch looks for site descriptions and titles containing at least one of these keywords. If you want to be sure that a keyword will appear on every site returned, add a plus sign (+) before the keyword, without any space.

For example: All pages returned by the query +rentals auckland will contain the word rentals. While sites with the word Auckland will be returned first, some pages with a low ranking might not contain this word.
