Raetihi Lodge offers an All-inclusive Exclusive Use private boutique lodge on the waterfront in the Marlborough Sounds, South Island, New Zealand.
Exclusive Use on the 50-acre estate includes: Accommodation, all Meals, Private Chef/Staff and we accommodate between 10 – 28 guests.
Human connections are the foundation of what we offer with our All-Inclusive Exclusive Use facility at Raetihi Lodge.
When the Lodge is not being used for Exclusive Use bookings, we also offer limited bookings for our Weekend Stay & Dine Packages.
These are limited weekends throughout the year, together with more flexible Stay & Dine dates that are offered over the Summer/Autumn/New Year period.
The pandemic taught us our soul craves connection, family and friends. Now is a good time to surround yourself with family and friends to create the moments that should not go uncelebrated.
Nature in the Marlborough Sounds has been resting and rejuvenating and is now inviting us back to explore and remind us of her beauty once again.

Water transfers with our Skipper & private Lodge Boat, are available from/to Havelock Marina, on request.

Travelling with Children?
Children are welcome at Raetihi Lodge. One child rollaway bed or cot is allowed in each Sea View room. We also have a Garden View triple Family room available that can easily take a fourth bed or cot. Our prices are based on the age of the children:
Extra bed in room for child (6-12 years only) with BLD meals $140 per night
Extra bed in room for child (13 - 17 years) with BLD meals $185 per night
