This association was established in New Plymouth, New Zealand in 1988.

We are looking for new members, so if any reader of this web site is an ex-member of the Parachute Regiment, or of supporting Corps, or of Regiments who served in the British Airborne Forces, you are eligible to be accepted as Full Members.
The immediate families of members of the association may apply for Associate Membership. This includes widows or next of kin of personnel who served with the British Airborne Forces.
Membership of this association is also open to other individuals who have served with other Airborne Formations in the British Commonwealth, who are eligible to be accepted as Members, subject to the approval of the National Council.

The present membership is scattered around New Zealand, so the country is divided into three areas.

Northern Area , which consists of that part of New Zealand to the north of a line drawn from Te Kuiti, through Turangi to the Mahia Peninsula. (Contact details)
Central Area , which comprises of all that part of North Island to the south of the line defining the Northern Area as above. (Contact details)
Southern Area, which comprises of the whole South Island of New Zealand including Stewart Island and the Chatham Islands. (Contact details)
