Very friendly staff made us feel welcome. Room was a good size with great facilities. Very good value and excellent location, short walk to Waitangi was very convenient for the festival we went to. Right by a gas station, supermarket, and the beach, very cool.

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed, quiet nights. Good location for a trip to Cape Reinga. Handy location, easy walk to Waitangi, beach, supermarket, and shops.

Friendly service, spotless

Greeted with warm friendly service. Rooms are very large, spotless, and modern. Very well appointed too. An excellent choice for a family vacation or a couple’s getaway.

Charming Paihia is a gorgeous destination

Beds very comfortable and linen crisp and fresh. Property is very close to the beach and a supermarket is 2 minutes’ walk away if you prefer to organize your own food. Host Julie, who has recently acquired the business, is friendly and keen to improve the property with any guest suggestions. A very pleasant and efficient person.
